At Cult Gaia, we want you to love your pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Cult Gaia box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all dust bags and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
